AI Points Lab is a closed alpha. It is free to use, and by using it you agree to what is written here. Questions: odddux@proton.me.

Points are not money

Points are a reward for using your own AI subscriptions. They have no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person or exchanged for money. They are not a currency, a security or a stored-value instrument.

How points are earned

Points come from the usage snapshots the app sends from your device. The rate depends on the vendor, your plan tier and our configuration, and we may change any of these. We may correct or reverse entries that came from faulty, duplicated or falsified data.

Points expire

Points expire 12 months after they were earned.

Spending points

The prize catalogue, the prices in points and the available stock may change at any time. Orders are fulfilled manually, and before handing over a high-value prize we may ask you to verify how the points were earned.

Prizes

Prizes are provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Any taxes or duties arising from receiving a prize are yours. Sponsor prizes are additionally subject to the sponsor’s own terms, which we will show you before you order.

Fair use

We may cancel points, orders and accounts where usage data has been falsified, where one subscription is spread across several accounts, or where the rules are otherwise gamed. This is the one place where we act without warning, because the prize fund is finite and shared.

Your vendor accounts

You remain responsible for complying with the terms of Anthropic, OpenAI, Cursor and xAI. AI Points Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.

Availability

This is a closed alpha. Features may change, and the service may be suspended or discontinued. We make no uptime promise.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from the app at any time. Deletion is permanent: your remaining points can no longer be spent, and any order that has not been handed over yet may not be delivered — once the account is erased we have no way to reach you.Signing up again needs a new invite. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is erased.

Who operates the service

AI Points Lab is operated as an independent project; a legal entity has not been registered yet. When it is, these terms will be updated with its details and the date at the top of this page will change. Contact: odddux@proton.me.
